Our neighbouring farmer’s herd of cows broke through our hedge and wreak havoc upon our garden, the Farmer’s insurance company disputed our claim from the outset even though there was clear evidence to support it, they were extremely unpleasant and problematic to deal with, having used John services several years ago for a separate issue, we called upon him once again in the hope that he would be able to assist us on this occasion.

After my house suffered damage arising from a vehicle crash (caused by an uninsured driver), I made a claim through my buildings insurance. The claim was disputed from the outset by my insurers. Eventually (and to make matters worse) the problems were compounded by my insurer’s appointed builder carrying out unsatisfactory remediation work, without any regard for care and attention.
